Terms

These terms are between your restaurant and COLINCO Limited, which runs Tablesaid. Questions go to edcolin77@yahoo.com.

The service

Tablesaid answers calls to your restaurant, takes bookings using the opening hours and settings you give us, and sends texts to you and your customers. You're responsible for keeping those settings up to date.

Price and trial

The first month is free. After that it's £89 a month, or £49 a month for founding restaurants, taken by card each month. We need card details to start the free month, and we won't charge you before it ends.

Fair use

Each plan includes 300 calls a month. If you regularly go well over that, we'll talk to you about it before anything changes.

Cancelling

You can cancel any time from Settings, under Billing. Your line keeps working until the end of the month you've paid for.

What we can and can't promise

We work hard to answer every call and book it correctly, but phone networks and the services we rely on can fail. Please keep an eye on your bookings, and tell us straight away if something looks wrong.
