Restaurants that use Tablesaid

We keep your email address, your restaurant's details (name, opening hours, booking settings and phone numbers) and your billing status. We use these to run your phone line and your account.

People who call a restaurant

When you call a restaurant that uses Tablesaid, we keep the number you called from, the details of any booking you make (name, party size, date, time and a number for texts), and a written transcript of the call. The restaurant can see these in its dashboard. We use them to make and confirm your booking, to let you cancel by text, and to pass on any message you leave.

Who helps us run it

• Supabase, which stores our data.
• Vercel, which hosts the website.
• ElevenLabs, which provides the voice that answers calls.
• Twilio, which connects calls and sends texts.
• Stripe, which handles payments from restaurants.
